Hidden in the depths of ancient Ayurveda is the knowledge of marma points — the vital nodes of the body, where the physical and subtle energies intertwine. Each point is a gateway through which one can direct energy, release blockages, and restore inner harmony.

Our author's version Marma-Chikitsa — is a gentle yet profound ritual in which every active point of the body is warmed with care and attention.

• A special oil with a carefully selected combination of essential oils is applied to the biologically active point.
• The point is then gently stimulated with light circular movements.
• After this, I gently apply heat and warm it up to activate the energy and enhance the effect of the oil.

In this way, biologically active points of the entire body are gradually worked through.

This ritual is both work with the body and a fine-tuning of energy.
