Massage Garshan<\/strong> is a traditional Ayurvedic procedure that consists of three stages and helps restore lightness, energy, and harmony to the body.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stage I<\/strong> \u2014 energetic rubbing of the body with a dry glove made of natural fibers (raw silk, cotton, jute, or hemp). This improves blood and lymph flow, relieves congestion, helps remove dead skin cells, and prepares the body for subsequent treatments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stage II<\/strong> \u2014 a deep body massage with warm herbal oil, tailored to your body type. This oil nourishes the skin, relaxes muscles, improves circulation, promotes the elimination of toxins and waste, and nourishes the joints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
